  After making an appointment well in advance, I was told a repairman would be at my house at 8am. By 11:15 no one had arrived, despite repeated assurances that someone was coming. I spoke to a manager who told me he would call me back in 5 minutes. After 30 minutes I had to call back to be told that my appointment would be rescheduled for that afternoon. I soon received a call back requesting to reschedule my appointment for next week! I would not recommend this company who doesn't follow through or respect their customer's time.
